Abstract

On 27 June, 2026, D. Sc., Prof. German Zuyev turns 90. He is a well-known ichthyologist, leading expert on cephalopods, and scientific advisor in IBSS Ichthyology Department. During his 65 years at IBSS, G. Zuyev has made significant contribution to the study of the intraspecific structure of hydrobionts. He is the author of over 250 scientific publications and serves on the editorial board of Marine Biological Journal.
