Первое обнаружение трематоды Microphallus abortivus в Чёрном море: морфологическая и молекулярно-генетическая характеристики

Аннотация
Для метацеркарий трематод, обнаруженных в пищеварительной железе черноморского моллюска Hydrobia acuta, получены первые морфологические и молекулярные данные. По основным морфологическим признакам эти метацеркарии соответствуют диагнозу семейства Microphallidae и рода Microphallus. Результаты филогенетического анализа на основе данных о частичной последовательности 28S рДНК показали, что метацеркарии из нашего материала относятся к роду Microphallus и близкородственны с M. abortivus с высокой статистической поддержкой. В ходе нашего исследования установлено, что в Чёрном море трематода M. abortivus использует брюхоногих моллюсков H. acuta как вторых промежуточных хозяев; морские и прибрежные птицы могут служить в качестве дефинитивных хозяев.
